Departmental Graduate Programs Secretariat

With the head of the department’s graduate programs (research programs), my main tasks are related to the organization and administrative follow-ups related to the admission process, registration, the student’s academic progress, submission and evaluation of dissertations and theses, preparation of the class schedule, graduation of students.

With the heads of the UQAM-UQAT-UQO joint professional master’s program in sustainable management of forest ecosystems (MGDEF), I coordinate the program, in support of the joint program committee, faculty, students, various services and directions, in terms of admissions, registrations, the smooth running of courses, face-to-face activities, budget and financial reporting, etc.
